Why the city won't take it
Construction material is on Brush & Bulky's not-accepted list, along with concrete, dirt and rock, so a remodel pile left at the curb for the city stays there. Residents can haul construction debris themselves to the City's Los Reales campus in a covered load. Otherwise, it's a job for a crew.

What we can't take
Paint, solvents, motor oil, propane tanks, automotive fluids and anything labeled toxic or flammable are household hazardous waste. They go to the City of Tucson's Household Hazardous Waste program, which is free for City of Tucson residents.
