How it works
Every backyard is different, so a quote starts with the details: where the spa sits and what's between it and the street. Tell us about gates, steps and slopes when you book. From there it's the same as any demolition job we do: we tear it out, and the debris leaves with us, so you're not left with a pile in the driveway waiting on a second call.
Draining it first
The City of Tucson has rules for draining pool and spa water. The preferred way is into the property's own sewer cleanout, never a public manhole or cleanout. Draining onto the surface is a last resort, and only after the water has gone untreated for 72 hours, is clear, and has a pH between 7 and 8. It can't run into unpaved alleys or streets, across a sidewalk, or onto anyone else's property.
